Conference fee and registration


The conference will be carried out in hybrid mode, both for stationary participants and remotely via the Zoom platform.

To participate in the conference it is necessary to complete the application form and to send it by July 1st, 2024 to: Tomasz Ściężor or to Anna Młyńska (or, printed and signed application form, by regular mail / fax to the Organizing Committee with the inscription "EALPO 2024")

The conference fee includes:

  • the participation in scientific sessions (stationary or remote);
  • printed and electronic version of the conference proceedings (stationary or remote);
  • conference materials (stationary), publication of papers in multi-author monograph (stationary or remote);
  • coffee breaks;
  • two lunches during the conference and one official dinner;
  • attractions: the Youth Astronomical Observatory (MOA) sightseeing combined with the session in the planetarium, visiting the Royal Castle and/or Phonography Museum in Niepołomice;
  • one more additional local attraction/excursion is considered.

Conference participants arrange their accommodation on their own (possible supporting in organizing accommodation).
