Meteorological conditions

As part of the research program was checked the relationship of the S_a value, measured by the SQM, on a number of parameters determining the state of the atmosphere at the place of measurement. At several positions simultaneously with the measurements of the night sky brightness were determined:

• humidity
• size of the snow cover
• cloudiness
• horizontal visibility (haze)

For analysis were also used the WIOŚ newsletters, giving for the following months the average particulate matter mass in the several places in and around Cracow.
